What is the Mystery gift? Every box comes with a surprise mystery item - a delightful gift from us or a local small business. This special addition enhances your self-care experience, making every unboxing a new adventure. |

When will I receive my Subscription Box? We aim to send each box out around the 20th of the month taking 3-5 business days for you to receive it. Just in time for the 1st |

Can I pause my Subscription? Yes, login to your account, payment method and click on the orange button. |

Can I cancel my Subscription? Of course, login to your account, payment method and click on red button. You will need to cancel prior to the next payment being debited (on 15th of every month). |

Can I refund / exchange items? Subscription box items cannot be returned, exchange or refunded due to change of mind. however, we'll happily replace products damaged during transit. please send over photos at scentedbyharry@gmail.com within 48 |

Another beautiful subscription box! Love the items included on the July box. The beautiful candle scents and the gorgeous herb garden stakes/labels are really nice. I do enjoy receiving these boxes - such well thought out and unique items.
