Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we offer returns in line with the policy below.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition
  • Is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Personal care items (including beauty products)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To secure your preferred item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item once approved.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
