How to Use
Littles:
Fill the bathtub with warm water and mix in 2 heaping spoons (50g) of sleepy bath soak. (For a baby bath, use less). Stir the water and let your little one soak for 5-10 minutes. The water will look clear, like a natural spring! Afterward, dry off your little one with a towel. Time for snuggles!
Mamas:
Fill your tub with warm water and add 2 large spoonfuls (50g) of sleepy bath soak. Stir it into the water, take a moment to relax, and let yourself soak for up to 30 minutes. The color of the water will look like a natural spring - calming and lovely. Pat yourself dry with a towel when you're finished, and get ready for a cozy night of deep sleep.
